Case 14-25 – Umars, LLC, 281 Shore Road, requests variances to allow construction of a 50’ x 50’ (2,500 s.f.) new convenience store, new pump island with canopy 36’x46’ (1,656 s.f.) and related site improvements

IV.     Public Hearings:  

Case 15-01 A – Appeal of a Cease & Desist Order issued by the Zoning Enforcement Officer dated September 25, 2014 for certain uses not allowed (i.e. barre type exercise, spin bikes, yoga, zumba, acupuncture, personal training and chiropractic services) on property located at 14 Lyme Street (Vitality Spa), Warren Hannas, applicant.

Case 15-02 – Nicholas J. DiCorleto, Jr., 44 Breen Avenue, requests variances to allow demolition and construction of a more conforming 1 ½ story dwelling which will meet FEMA requirements.  

Case 15-03 – Henry Elsesser, et al., 64 Hillcrest Road, requests variances to allow placement of a 100 s.f. shed within one foot from rear property line and within front setback, new cellar access areaway located within rear and front setback, placement of condenser unit within rear and front setback and the alteration of an existing window into a door.  

Case 15-04 – Christopher Shelton, 37 Sea Spray Road, requests variances to allow demolition and construction of a new code compliant structure in the exact location without change to length, width or height.

Case 15-05 – Nancy Aron, 101-1 Hillcrest Road, requests variances to allow reconstruction of an existing shed/utility area on the same footprint and same size as existing.  

Case 15-06 – KCA Realty, LLC, Elizabeth Karter, 4 Joel Road, requests variances to allow rehabilitation of property to prior condition under 50% of market value of structure to allow owner to restore house without meeting FEMA flood elevation 11.
